On November 30th the International Advisory Council’s meeting of the World Congress ENGINEERING 2010-ARGENTINA was held. In the meeting were present 17 advisors of UNESCO, from Spain, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Japan, China, Malaysia, Tunisia, Australia, Kuwait, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina, who discussed about the technical program of our congress, setting special emphasis and making several recommendations for its promotion and spreading at the international level. Also, they provided their contribution and cooperation for the invitation of the main speakers to the World Congress ENGINEERING 2010-ARGENTINA.
