3 to 5- 12 -2008 World Engineers’ Convention

The World Engineers' Convention 2008 has been one of the main events on technology held in Brazil and its figures show it:  between December 3rd and 5th more than  5200 people attended the Ulysses Guimarães Convention Center in Brasilia.

The World Engineers' Convention 2008 has been one of the main events on technology held in Brazil and its figures show it:  between December 3rd and 5th more than  5200 people attended the Ulysses Guimarães Convention Center in Brasilia, apart from 37 foreign delegations that participated in the Congress giving presentations. On Argentina’s behalf, the delegation was formed by almost 40 representatives of engineering, among whom were members of the Central Executive Committee of ENGINEERING 2010-ARGENTINA, the presidents of the specific and thematic  congresses of such World Congress, representatives of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Professional Board (COPIME), Civil Engineering Argentine Federation (FADIC), Professional Board of Buenos Aires Province, Agronomic Engineering Professional Board, Construction Argentine Chamber and representatives of the Pan-American Academy of Engineering.

The Argentine delegation successfully participated in all the activities developed at the WEC 2008, taking part in the discussions as well as in the exhibition of the WEC2008, with a 20 square meters stand for the spreading, promotion and invitation to ENGINEERING 2010-ARGENTINA.
