PREPARATORY WORKSHOP: “REVISION OF ACCREDITATION STANDARDS FOR ENGINEERING CAREERS IN ARGENTINA”, OCTOBER 8 - 9, 2009 - SAN RAFAEL, MENDOZA

The Workshop “Revision of Accreditation Standards for Engineering Careers in Argentina” will take place in the College of Sciences Applied to Industry of the University of Cuyo, in the city of San Rafael, in the Province of Mendoza, next October 8-9, 2009.

During the first day of this National Preparatory Congress, the following topics will be discussed: “Quality standards for engineering careers: design, wording and application. Technical and methodological aspects” and “The quality of engineering education: possible lessons  out of the experience of career accreditation”.

The Plenary Conference: “Articulation – Admission – Permanence. Towards a definition of a multiannual project” is scheduled for Friday 9, in the morning. In the afternoon, the articulation experience “CGB Pre-Ingeniería” will be introduced. The Conference will finish with the presentation of the conclusions of both days.
