The 2nd Plenary Meeting of the National Advisory Council of ENGINEERING 2010-ARGENTINA  took place last May 13, in the Argentine Center of Engineers. It was called by its Board and had the presence of important people and representatives of more 120 institutions.

At the end of the meeting, an institutional video promoting the Congress was projected. It describes the importance of this event for the country and shows the main attractions of Argentina as its host.
