The meeting of the International Advisory Council of World Congress ENGINEERING 2010-ARGENTINA was held on November 30, 2008, with the presence of 17 UNESCO counseling representatives from Spain, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Japan, China, Malaysia, Tunisia, Australia, Kuwait, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. They discussed about the technical program of our Congress, making some recommendations and putting special emphasis on its worldwide promotion and diffusion They also offered their support and cooperation to invite the key-speakers of the World Congress ENGINEERING 2010-ARGENTINA.
