The World Engineering Congress and Exhibition ENGINEERING 2010-ARGENTINA was internationally launched in the closing ceremony of the World Engineers’ Convention (WEC2008). In the event, Engineer Mario Telichevsky, President of Central Executive Committee, delivered a speech and a video with the formal presentation of the Congress and our country was projected to call and invite all those present. Engineer Telichevsky  expressed: “Argentina is waiting for you to offer its culture, its tradition, its stunning nature, its engineering and the warmth of its people, where our friends and colleagues are always welcomed. We hope you to come”.
