The technical launch and the National Preparatory Congress: “Professional Practice Control” were carried out on October 27, 2008. In the event, the presidents of Specific and Thematic Chapters described the main topics which will be dealt by each of them and invited the audience, engineering associations and public and private institutions to participate and cooperate with the different Congresses.
