Luis Lada Díaz –  Keynote speaker of ENGINEERING 2010-ARGENTINA


Luis Lada Díaz was Executive Chairman of Telefónica España and has been Academic Member of the Royal Academy of Engineering since 2006.
 
He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical School of Telecommunications Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (acronym in Spanish, UPM) and he is an “Ad Honorem” Professor of this institution.

He has been Vice-chairman of the Spanish Association of Telecommunications Engineers and consultant of companies related to the ICTs sector. In 1994, he was appointed Chairman of Telefónica Móviles España, and then, in August 2000, Executive Chairman of Telefónica Móviles, of which he is considered to be his creator.  

Mr. Lada Díaz will participate as keynote speaker in the Closing Ceremony of ENGINEERING 2010 - ARGENTINA.
