Last July 30, the National Advisory Council of ENGINEERING 2010 – ARGENTINA decided to include the Congress of Environmental Sciences, organized by the Professional Council of Mechanical and Electric Engineering (COPIME), within the Activities Schedule of National Preparatory Congresses for the World Congress.  

This Congress of Environmental Sciences will be held at COPIME main office, located in the city of Buenos Aires next October 7-9.

The objectives of this Congress are:

• To create a room for the technical and cultural exchange between students and professionals of environmental careers with different educational approaches, so as to organize a discussion forum.
• To interact the several educational approaches on environmental issues to spread the knowledge acquired in the management of the preservation, conservation, recovery and improvement of environmental resources in terms of human health and the environment.
• To promote excellence in education and to spread research works carried out by educational centers.
• To put forward topics of interest for professional levels, related to professional or academic practice. These presentations will be in charge of experienced professionals in the field.
